Workshop and Event Cancellation Policy
The last day to cancel your registration and receive any refund is 2 weeks prior to event date. Refunds may be subject to a $25 processing fee. All cancellation/refund must be submitted in writing to admin@cnga.org.
If you need to cancel your registration after the deadline stated above, you will forfeit your payment regardless of personal or professional emergency. You may, however, request a registration name change instead of cancelling.
Registration name changes are accepted any time before the date of the workshop. Please have the original registrant e-mail admin@cnga.org, with the name and e-mail of the person who will be attending in their place. If the original registration was purchased at the CNGA member rate, but the new attendee is not a CNGA member, you may be asked to pay the difference between the CNGA member and non-member rate. If the original registration was purchased at the non-member rate, and the attendee whose name is being changed onto the registration is a CNGA member, then the difference in registration rates will not be refunded.
