Appreciating and Identifying Native and Naturalized Grasses of California: Field Day on Mt. Tamalpias

May 15

Optional day 2 of our 2-day ID Course May 14 (class), 15 (field)

Join us for a day spent in the field on Mt. Tamalpias in Marin county visiting several sites with excellent examples of the grasses seen in the classroom session on May 14!

Practice the ID skills you have just learned and view the habitats and natural growth habits of these important California grass species.

Itinerary will be announced after registration, but expect some non-strenuous off-trail hiking.

Registrants must attend the classroom session on May 14 to be eligible to attend this field day with our expert identification instructors. Please note, registration for this day is limited to 20 participants.

No food is provided, so please bring water, snacks and lunch with you.

Here is a flyer. Share it with your friends and colleagues or use it to register by mail.
